- Absentee Owner Services- Absentee Home Owners have a constant worry about their properties. Let us take your worries away. With our Absentee Home Owner plan, we can provide peace of mind. We will check your property - both interior and exterior if desired - on a regularly scheduled basis and provide a written summary report after each inspection.
